Former President of Mexico Vicente Fox, who famously said his country will not (expletive) pay for President Trump’s proposed border wall, announced on Twitter Thursday evening his support for the “great American” and “fantastic” democratic candidate Beto O’Rourke in the contentious Texas Senate race.
