Midterm Election Poll: New Mexico’s 2nd District, Herrell vs. Torres Small
This district covers the entire southern half of the state, and has voted Republican in the last three presidential elections. Unlike many rural districts, this one is majority Hispanic. The winner will be the first woman to represent the district since its creation in 1969.
