Trump sued by caravan, claims constitutional rights
President Trump and his administration are being sued by a dozen migrants traveling from Honduras The lawsuit claims the administration is infringing on their constitutional rights, citing the Fifth Amendment to the constitution that states, “no person… shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.”
