New surveillance video shows ‘person of interest’ in North Carolina kidnapping
Hania Noelia Aguilar has been missing since she was kidnapped outside her home in Lumberton, North Carolina last Monday, but a recently released surveillance video shows a “person of interest” walking near the area where the 13-year-old was kidnapped. FBI agents are hoping someone might recognize the mysterious man and lead them to her kidnapper.
