PBS NewsHour co-founder Jim Lehrer dead at age 85
Jim Lehrer, the co-founder and longtime anchor of PBS NewsHour, died Thursday at age 85. Lehrer anchored PBS NewsHour for 36 years and also moderated 12 presidential debates, more than any other individual in U.S. history.
