Turkish jet skids off runway, breaks into pieces; 1 dead, at least 157 injured
A plane landing in Istanbul’s Sabiha Gokcen Airport in Turkey on Wednesday skidded off the runway, crashing into a field and breaking into pieces, injuring at least 52 people. Passengers were evacuated from the cracks in the plane’s debris.
