British judge determines Dubai ruler abducted two daughters, intimidated and threatened ex-wife
Despite fierce opposition from Dubai’s ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, 70, Britain’s High Court, publicly released its conclusions that he perpetrated “abduction, forced return, torture and a campaign of intimidation” against his sixth and former wife, Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein of Jordan, 45, and his daughters Shamsa and Latifa.
