2 US ‘mercenaries’ captured in foiled kidnapping plot, Maduro says
Venezuela’s president announced the arrest of two U.S. citizens Monday whom he claimed were among a group of “mercenaries” sent to purportedly capture the socialist leader in a plot foiled by security forces, the Associated Press reported.
