Wounded hero LA County sheriff’s deputy identified, was librarian before joining police force
One of the sheriff’s deputies ambushed Saturday night by a brazen gunman who then ran off had previously worked as a librarian and is being guarded by fellow members of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department as she and her partner continue to recover.
