Goodlatte: Rosenstein could still testify before Congress by end of year
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte told Fox News in an interview Wednesday there are ongoing discussions to bring Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein in for testimony with lawmakers this year – after negotiations hit an impasse last month.
