Amanda Bouffioux, Alaska Native and ‘Amazing Mother,’ Dies at 44
Mrs. Bouffioux’s death, of the coronavirus, was a reminder of the impact the pandemic has had on Alaska Natives, whose mortality rate has been more than four times higher than white Alaskans.
