Erika Jayne — who has not been formally charged with any crimes — was complicit in estranged husband Tom Girardi’s alleged financial misdoings, according to lawyer Jay Edelson. Edelson is the attorney who filed a class-action lawsuit against Girardi, the embattled “Erin Brockovich” case lawyer.
