Texas sheriff calls out ‘threat of fentanyl’ ahead of Trump border visit
Tarrant County Sheriff Bill Waybourn says since February, ‘Texas law enforcement has seized enough fentanyl to kill every man, woman and child in the state of New York’ and that there has been a 50% rise in fatal overdoses in his county.
