Boston DA charges convicted sex offender in 1988 cold case murder, rape of Judy Chamberlain
Massachusetts prosecutors announced Monday that a convicted sex offender in state custody has been charged with the rape and murder of a Boston woman in a cold case that went unsolved for 33 years.
