Kristin Smart case: California man, father plead not guilty to student’s alleged 1996 murder
Paul Flores and his father, Ruben Flores, both pleaded not guilty Wednesday to charges related to the murder of Kristin Smart, a 19-year-old college student who vanished from the California Polytechnic State University campus 25 years ago.
